About

Hi All!

Before I introduce myself properly, I just want to say a massive thank you for clicking on my site and reading through some blogs! The growing support is incredible, and I am unbelievably grateful to all those who read my blogs on a regular basis, so thank you so much for helping make my dream of becoming a writer a real possibility.

I imagine it would come as no surprise that I have two great passions in life. Animals and Writing…So why not combine the two?

That is exactly what I have decided to do!

I have a strong background in working with animals, leading to the completion of the following qualifications:

  • Level 3 Extended Diploma in Animal Management with Science
  • Level 4 Certificate in Advanced Canine Behaviour
  • Level 3 Certificate Dog Grooming and Styling
  • Level 3 Certificate Canine Oral Hygiene
  • Level 3 Certificate in Canine First-Aid
  • CPD Certificate in Emergency First-Aid at Work
  • CPD Certificate – Dog Health: Breeds and Anatomy
  • CPD Certificate – Working With Dogs
  • CPD Certificate – How Dogs Communicate

Opening my own grooming salon is something I am insanely proud of and do not plan to give up on. However, I realised that I could start a second phase of my personal canine empire by writing dog-specific material. That way, I could utilise my real-world knowledge and experience to help others and reach a wider audience. In order to make it a little more official, I decide to take another big leap,

In September 2025, I enrolled at Falmouth University as a mature student! Meaning I can add the following qualification to my credentials:

  • BA (Hons) Creative Writing

Putting all of these factors into one, 2025 also birthed MegA Blogs!

Dogs are truly amazing; They are the reason to smile on a bad day and a reason to smile even bigger on a good day. You can never be alone when your dog is by your side.

Inspired by the overwhelming love I have for my two beautiful Border Collies, Fletcher and Max, I launched this blog site so that others can learn how to best care for their dog(s).

Please feel free to reach out with any questions or enquiries, and don’t forget to check out the latest posts!
